Design process

Practice Fusion adopts a user-centered design approach by involving users from the beginning to the end. In the early stage, design works closely with product to define problems, lead research, and visualize solutions. Once the design concept is reviewed and approved, we move on to incept the project with developers. Design will engage in the development process until final production, then continue monitoring and making iterations based on the result of performance tracking.

Impact of e-prescribing (eRx)

Summary

1) Real-time prescription benefits check (RTPB): Designed an integrated solution with Surescript's RTPB and ePA that results in a $2M signed contract and a quarterly payment of $250K.

2) GoodRx/ Intelisys Cash offer: Designed and integrated Good Rx and Intelisys cash offer solutions in PF eRx workflow that results in a $2M signed contract for the initial pilot program.

3) ConnectiveRx coupon: Integrate ConnectiveRx RTPS (Real-time patient savings) program in existing coupon solution with a $4M value of the contract.

"Yesterday, seeing a patient, I recorded an old medication. The system generated a prior authorization, and I braced myself to attempt it. It was the simplest task I have yet seen! It opened as a box, not a separate tab. Each successive box had only one question, a simple click to answer. Free entry text box along the way as well. It took me around 3 minutes to complete.
